Real Property Management allows commercial and residential tenants to pay rent online.
- Click the “Pay Rent Online” link
- A new window will open up to the “Tenant Portal” page, (you may need to temporarily allow pop-ups)
- Click “Sign Up” and enter your information using the email address you have given us and the address of your rental (as seen in the illustration below).

4. You will shortly receive an email with your login information (call us if you don’t get one)
5. Use your new login password and sign in (from the “Tenant Portal” page mentioned above). Fill out your payment info and pay your rent.
